Can I visit your studio?

Because we often have unreleased collections and high-value inventory on-site, our studios are not open to the public. However, we do welcome partners and clients for scheduled visits.

How do I send my products for a shoot?

Ship your products to the intake hub nearest to you. We have 16 intake hubs across 9 countries. Visit our regional hub page for geo-location pins and specific shipping instructions for your area.

To ensure the security of our facilities and the safety of the products currently in our care, we do not list full street addresses publicly.

What happens to my products after the shoot?

After the shoot, your products are carefully repacked and returned to you via the shipping method you specify. We take full care of all items during the production process, including steaming and ironing apparel before the shoot.

Do I need to include anything with my shipment?

Yes. To ensure your products are handled accurately, please provide the following:

Identification: If your products do not have permanent labels, please either include a physical note with each piece or include a reference photo of each item in your digital shooting list.
Digital Shooting List: Please send us a list containing item names/codes and any specific styling notes before the shipment arrives.

Note: Ensure your package is properly sealed. We cannot be held responsible for missing items if a package arrives unsealed or damaged.

Yes, apart from our exclusive retainer packages. We offer automatic volume discounts: 5% off for quotes over 20 SKUs/Looks and 10% off for quotes over 50 SKUs/Looks. These apply to Scheduled Lookbook®, Catalog and Creative photography services.

What is included in the base price?

For All Services: Steaming/ Ironing, Props and Styling (subjected to the items we have available)

For Catalog: 3 angles per SKU (1 full product front + 2 close-ups), professional lighting, background of your choice, and full post-production editing. For Creative: 3 edited photos per SKU, custom art direction, styled set design, and full post-production editing. For Scheduled Lookbook®: 4 edited photos per Look, model, location, make-up, hair and full post-production editing.

Are there any additional costs I should know about?

Additional edited photos are SGD 6 each across Scheduled Lookbook®, Creative and Catalog. For Creative, video add-ons are SGD 50 per video. Reflective products (glass, metal, jewelry) carry a small premium due to specialized lighting requirements. All add-on pricing is transparent and listed on each service page.

What currencies do you accept?

Can I request revisions or edits?

Yes. We include one round of minor revisions at no extra cost. This covers adjustments to color balance, cropping, and background cleanup. Major reshoots or significant creative changes may incur additional charges.

Do I own the rights to the images?

You are granted unlimited and full usage rights for all delivered images. This means you can use them across all platforms, including your website, social media, and marketing channels, without needing to provide attribution.

However, please note:

Copyright: We retain the original copyright to the images.
Authorship: You should not claim authorship or misrepresent the work’s origin (e.g., claiming the images were shot in-house or by a third party).
Resale: You may not resell or redistribute the images as your own production without our prior written consent.

We organize regular production days with pre-booked models and locations. You ship your products to our nearest intake hub before the shoot date. Our team styles, shoots, and delivers the final edited images — typically within 8 business days. You share the cost of the model and location with other participating brands.

How do I join a Scheduled Lookbook® session?

Check our production schedule for upcoming dates and locations. Once you find a session that works, contact us to reserve your slot and ship your products to the designated intake hub before the shoot date.

What if I miss my scheduled shoot date?

If your products arrive late, we will reschedule them to the next available production day at no additional cost. We recommend shipping at least 3–5 business days before your shoot date to account for transit times.

Yes. Video add-ons are available for our Creative and Mini-Campaign services. Please note for our Creative service, it is limited to only short-form clips optimized for social media, product pages, and advertising.
